Be happy with Gabby
A few weekend’s ago saw us at the Walled Gardens in Bangor for Gabriele's 2nd session with me, but the first one for her business, #BeHappyWithGabby
As a new mum Gabby is starting her new venture as a spiritual coach and helping others by aligning their true self.
Her photos are to show about connecting with one's self and grounding yourself with your environment and self being. The walled gardens were perfect for that connection to earth, nature and calming vibes, letting Gabriele be free in herself, her surroundings and others around us while still showing her personality and engagement.
Here's what Gabby says about herself and her business:
"My name is Gabriele and I am a spiritual coach. What made me choose this path is that healing myself and connecting with the Divine made me realise that helping others to heal is my purpose on this planet, along with helping my precious son to grow into absolutely happy and whole human being. Actually, only when I had my son did I understand all this. I mean, how can I raise this little human when I am a mess myself. So, I got shaken to change my unhealthy existence where I was sleepwalking on this earth lost with no purpose, even when thinking that I would love to do something with my life, I successfully would sabotage all my efforts with subconscious behaviours that were programmed early in my life by past experiences. Understanding that every behaviour and belief that does not serve us well right now is based on experiences that are long gone to help us cope and survive in unfavourable environment or neglect. It is a survival mode that served us then, but to thrive, grow and become who we were meant to be, these amazing magical souls with so much potential, all these self-sabotaging beliefs, behaviours must be broken.
