Sally Laverty Physiotherapy & Pilates
I always love the drive up to Ballycastle. it’s usually with friends to meet up for drink at the Boyd Arms but this time it was back to see Sally in her element and get some new potraits done for her Physiotherapy & Pilates business. If Sally looks familiar on the blog, it’s because she was one of the businesses who took part in the business portrait project a few years back and it was a delight to see her new look studio of where we had their previous sessions before.
The first thing I noticed was the new windows installed, the light coming through was gorgeous and made it so bright, just as before but without the leaves being able to blow inside. The class was in full swing with Siobhan centre stage taking them all through their routines. Sally was taking part but also was there to help others to get their form correct and help guide them. There’s plenty of space for each member taking part, focusing on their movements and feeling that burn when Siobhan put them through their paces.
It’s great to see that community spirit I loved so much the first time I was there. Everyone was so supportive and encouraging of each other, the laughter and smiles shows just how much they enjoyed their session.
Sally offers physiotherapy also at her studio, and we were able to get some photos with her clients. I know with my two, physiotherapy helped alot so I think it’s a great service that Sally provides for mum’s during their pregnay and after. Sally specialises in helping women with incontinence and prolapse and also offers total hip and total knee replacement rehab, which would have been a godsend for my dad if I’d known at the time, so make sure you check out her website and see if she can help.
After everyone had left, we had a mini session for just the instructors, showcasing their different pilates moves and stretches with giggles inbetween. Sally knew what was coming also, but they knocked their goofball faces photos outta the park too! Always a great way to either begin or end a session.
If you have a business in Northern Ireland and require photography, Contact me and we’ll discuss it! Thanks for choosing me as your photographer again Sally, as always, a pleasure x
